- We offer the National Servsafe Manager Food Safety training program. The cost is $250 per/person. That includes:

- Exam
Please refer to the calendar for the updated and the latest schedule. The test is given on the same day as the class.
Once the students register and pay for the course, they will receive the book from us and prepare for their upcoming food safety course and exam. On the day of the class, students will review the study material with the live instructor and participate in the close-book exam. The exam has 90 questions, and the passing score is 70%.
Students can take the test using their computer/tablet/iPad for immediate results or a paper exam. Paper exam results will be available within two weeks. The Servsafe Manager Certificate is valid for five years.

Caring for Children in Daycares: This workshop trains daycare staff in hygiene, safe diapering, cleaning, and sanitation to keep children safe and healthy. It is a hands-on workshop that engages staff in a fun, interactive way to understand better their critical roles in day-to-day practices, which will ensure best practices are followed to reduce the spread of illness in the facility. Each attendee will receive a certificate of participation. $25.00 p/p
- Food Defense/Crisis Management
Food Defense/Crisis Management: This progressive workshop is designed for managerial staff and focuses on the “how-to’s” when preventing and reducing the risk of intentional food contamination. It uses the ALERT system to help management create a strategic approach to designing a proactive plan for dealing with unforeseen crises within the food establishment. The course also addresses creating contingency plans for emergencies during a food-borne illness outbreak. Each attendee will receive a certificate of participation. $150.00 p/p
- Customized Food Safety Workshops/Series
Customized Food Safety Workshops/Series: Customized food safety training modules designed to meet the company’s individual food safety needs. The training is available in various formats, from 2-hour power workshops to half and whole-day sessions. The course includes an initial consultation to assess the problem areas. Each session is designed to focus on the most pressing food safety needs. The on-site course highlights areas of concern and delivers the information in an easy-to-understand and engaging format. Each attendee will receive a certificate of participation. Prices start at $50.00 p/p
